VA.gov is the official source for information about VA health care, disability compensation, education benefits, home loans, survivor benefits, and other services for veterans and families.

DAV offers free services for veterans and their families, including benefits assistance, employment support, and help understanding earned VA benefits.

Missouri Veterans Commission

The Missouri Veterans Commission helps veterans, dependents, and families understand and access state and federal benefits. Accredited Veterans Service Officers can provide no-cost assistance with VA claims, supporting documentation, follow-up, and referrals.

Warrior Benefits provides veteran-focused education, coaching, and strategic preparation to help veterans understand the VA claims process and prepare for important claim events.

Warrior Benefits does not file claims, represent veterans before the VA, provide legal services, or guarantee a rating or outcome.

Missouri Veteran Support

These Missouri and VA resources may help veterans and families find benefits assistance, confidential counseling, employment support, and local services.

Columbia Vet Center

The Columbia Vet Center offers confidential, no-cost counseling and support for veterans, service members, and families. Services include help with PTSD, depression, military sexual trauma, readjustment, and other concerns related to service.

The Vet Center is located in Columbia and can connect veterans and families with additional VA and community resources.

Missouri Veterans Employment Services

Missouri Job Centers provide employment assistance to veterans, including job-search support, training information, referrals, and individualized career services for eligible veterans.

Disabled Veterans’ Outreach Program specialists and Local Veterans’ Employment Representatives help connect veterans with jobs, services, and employers.

VA St. Louis Regional Benefit Office

The VA Regional Benefit Office in St. Louis helps veterans, service members, and families understand VA benefits, start claims, complete paperwork, and explore education, employment, and rehabilitation services.
