Donation Information & Transparency

Veteran Hope Alliance is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. EIN: 33-4896434. Donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.
Use of Funds
Donations to Veteran Hope Alliance help provide meaningful support to veterans and their families through food assistance, practical resources, community connection, outdoor and wellness opportunities, and other mission-related programs and services. Gifts may also help cover the reasonable costs required to operate, administer, and grow these programs so that support can reach veterans effectively and responsibly.
All donations are received directly by Veteran Hope Alliance and are held in a bank account located in Brookfield, Missouri.
Recurring Donations
Recurring donations are processed on the 1st day of each month. Donors may request to update or cancel a recurring donation by contacting Veteran Hope Alliance before the next scheduled processing date.

Refund Policy
Donations are generally final because funds may be promptly committed to programs and services supporting veterans. If you believe a donation was made in error, duplicated, unauthorized, or processed for an incorrect amount, please contact us as soon as possible. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and, when approved, will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.
To request a refund, email privacy@veteranhopealliance.org and include the donor name, donation date, donation amount, and the email address or other details associated with the contribution.
Financial Transparency
Veteran Hope Alliance is committed to transparency and accountability. Our financial information will be available through links to our Form 990-N filings, Annual Reports, Audited Financial Statements , and Financial Summaries.
